A Little About Beth
Hi, I'm Beth! I was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware and graduated from U of D with my degree in Education. I taught elementary and middle school for a decade before embracing a new career path in art & design. I have taught art classes at a local studio in Williamsburg, made countless hand painted signs at Trader Joe's, and refinished and painted furniture for clients all over the place.
Having grown up surrounded by realtors it seemed only natural for me to get involved in real estate. I quickly realized that I had a true passion for helping people prepare their homes to sell through decluttering, organizing, and staging. It was then that I decided to start Creating Space with Taylor Repasi.
Taylor and I met while working at Trader Joe's and found out that we both had this passion. It was a true labor of love and I am not sure I could have done it without her. She has since moved out of state and I am still trying to convince her to start creating space in her new hometown. With Taylor's departure I needed to add to the team and have assembled a crew of amazing humans that help me accomplish what I can not possibly do on my own.
A Little About Don
Hello, I’m Don. I grew up in the northern part of New Jersey. Soon after high school I joined the Coast Guard where I was trained in machinery maintenance and commercial vessel inspections. I recently retired from the Coast Guard, and having done several tours in Virginia, my wife and I decided to call this home.
As most people know, military life can have you moving quite often. I found that the one thing that made it easier each time, was keeping things organized and getting rid of stuff before the next set of moving boxes needed to be packed. With every move came the task of setting up the next home. Whether it was at work or home, I have always been a person who cares about attention to detail. When I met Beth and found out Creating Space could use an extra hand setting things up or moving things around, it seemed like a perfect fit. It’s the kind of thing I had been doing my whole career.
